Gursha Hub does not control or endorse them. Gursha Hub uses third-party payment processors. By supporting or creating a page, you also agree to the payment processor's terms of service.
Gursha Hub's services, content, and trademarks are protected under various intellectual property laws. Respect all copyright and legal notices, information, and restrictions on Gursha Hub content. You agree not to alter or create derivative works from the services. Gursha Hub grants you a limited license to access and use user and platform content solely for services under these terms. This license is revocable at our discretion.
Royalties and licensing for your content are your responsibility. Pay all amounts owed to others based on your content. You're accountable for the content you post. Gursha Hub will not be liable for errors or omissions in any content.
To stop using our service, contact Gursha Hub at support@gurshahub.com and request account deletion. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Account termination does not automatically remove content you've already posted.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gursha Hub, its subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, as well as officers, directors, employees, partners, contractors, agents, and third-party providers from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your breach of these terms or violation of applicable laws.
We encourage you to contact us to resolve issues before resorting to legal action. If legal action arises, these terms (and all referenced rules, policies, or guidelines) will be governed by the laws of [Insert Country], without application of conflicts of law principles.
Gursha Hub complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and responds to notices of alleged infringement if they meet legal requirements. We may delete or disable infringing content and terminate accounts for repeat infringers at our discretion.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gursha Hub for the services and supersede all other communications and proposals. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
Gursha Hub may modify or discontinue services at any time. These terms do not create third-party beneficiaries. Waivers of any term do not imply further or continued waiver. Claims must begin within one year of the cause of action. Otherwise, they are permanently barred.
